Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pioneerxity's websites, applications, APIs, hosted AI features, and related support services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to visitors, account holders, workspace members, API users, and users of connected integrations
Additional product-specific terms, order forms, or commercial agreements may apply where explicitly stated
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms

Accounts and Access Control

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, managing access granted to team members, and ensuring that credentials, tokens, and connected integrations are used lawfully and appropriately.

Provide accurate and current account and billing information
Keep credentials, API keys, and connected third-party access tokens secure
Notify Pioneerxity promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, a security incident, or misuse of your account

Customer Data and AI Processing

You retain ownership of the content, files, messages, metadata, and other data that you submit to or connect with Pioneerxity. You grant Pioneerxity a limited right to host, process, index, transform, and transmit such data solely as necessary to provide and operate the Services you request.

Customer Data remains owned by you or your organization, as applicable
Processing may include indexing, embedding, retrieval, summarization, routing, analysis, and workflow execution
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to connect, submit, and process Customer Data through the Services

Third-Party Integrations and Google API Services

When you connect external systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft services, communication tools, or storage platforms, Pioneerxity accesses only the scopes and permissions that you authorize.

Pioneerxity's use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
Connected third-party services remain subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and platform requirements
You may revoke integration access through the applicable third-party provider or through Pioneerxity where such functionality is available

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, disrupt or compromise infrastructure, circumvent security controls, or create, transmit, or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Do not engage in unauthorized scraping, probing, scanning, reverse engineering, or circumvention of usage or rate limits
Do not use the Services to distribute malware, malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
Do not attempt to access data, accounts, workspaces, networks, or systems that you are not authorized to access

Service Availability and Changes

Pioneerxity may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of the Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may evolve as AI models, integrations, infrastructure, and product requirements change
Scheduled maintenance, incidents, or failures of third-party providers may affect availability
Preview, experimental, or beta features may be modified or discontinued at any time

Fees, Suspension, and Termination

Paid subscriptions, where applicable, are governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase or by a separate commercial agreement. Pioneerxity may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, misuse, or material breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any applicable commercial agreement
Termination may result in the loss of access to workspaces, automations, configurations, and synchronized data stored within the Services
Certain logs, audit records, and security information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

Pioneerxity disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
Pioneerxity is not responsible for decisions or actions taken solely on the basis of AI-generated outputs without appropriate human review
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pioneerxity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
