Authenticate users and manage workspaces, billing, and permissions

Process content for indexing, retrieval, summarization, workflow execution, and other AI-powered tasks requested by you

Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and improve the security, safety, and performance of the Services

Google API Services Disclosure

Pioneerxity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not used to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized AI or machine learning models

Google user data is accessed only to provide user-facing product features that you explicitly enable

We do not permit human access to raw Google user data unless you explicitly request troubleshooting or support that requires such access

Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted subprocessors and infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the Services, comply with applicable law, or protect the platform and its users.

Cloud hosting, storage, database, observability, and AI model providers may process data on our behalf

Workspace data may remain available until it is deleted by the customer or removed in accordance with account termination procedures

Logs, audit trails, and security records may be retained for longer periods where necessary for compliance, security, or abuse prevention

Deletion requests may be processed immediately for certain data, while data contained in backups or replicated systems may be removed according to scheduled retention and deletion cycles

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may have the right to access, update, export, correct, or delete certain information and to revoke access to connected third-party accounts.
